We used to sell the "Annotated Bibliography" compiled by the Council on Size & Weight Discrimination and published by Willendorf Press. It sold for $12.95. However, it has been withdrawn by the Council, with the statement that there are lots of online bibliographies on the topics of weight and size acceptance that are free, and more up-to-date.
