We monitor emails and phone messages nearly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are happy to return calls at the times and to the phone numbers that you leave us in a message. Sometimes we call back only five minutes after the call comes in! Calls are rarely answered live, in person, due to the high incidence of spam calls these days! (If you do not leave a message, we will be unable to call you back!) Customer service callbacks are provided by a live human being within the United States.
