In our last mailing, we told you about two new products, illustrated below. Deluxe reachers are useful no matter what your size; and lots of customers have been asking for a product like the new Tummy Liner, by Pambra's.
We had a nice response to our mailing. However, due to the recent bad weather, we are now belatedly shipping the last of the orders that resulted from that mailing.
From now until February 28, please take 11% off all of our prices, including these new products. That's our way of thanking you for being our customer in the past!

To get the 11% discount off everything, make a note of your coupon code number, and type it in the space allowed during your online checkout, or give the code to our telephone representative who takes your order. (We are always happy to take phone orders.)

In our last mailing, we also told you about some increases in our shipping and handling charges. Sadly, freight charges from UPS and postage for many packages via the US Postal Service have gone up. We have not increased our S/H charges for a long time, despite past increases, so we had to do so now. Believe it or not, on average, we make no profit on these charges, which we feel are excessive.
TThe worst increases were for UPS 2nd day air or overnight; or priority mail when the shipment goes far enough. Both services charge a penalty based on carton size. You can avoid the extra expense if you place your order with enough time to spare so that we can ship it by ground.
