In our mailings, we told you about some increases in our shipping and handling charges. The worst increases were for UPS 2nd day air or overnight; or priority mail when the shipment goes far enough. Both services charge a penalty based on carton size. You can avoid the extra expense if you place your order with enough time to spare so that we can ship it by ground.
