Order Delays: Our policy is to ship new orders within 1-3 business days after receiving them. But if your order is delayed more than 10 business days for any reason, and we have not made special arrangements to get your approval in advance, you will have half of your shipping and handling automatically refunded back to your credit card or PayPal account, at the time of shipment, along with our apologies, at the same time that we send you the confirmation of shipping and tracking number.
