For October, weve been offering 12% off everything in four departments: Travel Products, Medical, the Foot Shop, and Housewares.
But many customers have asked us to add Ample-Sponge refills and handles to the promotion, and we have! To make up for lost time, we are offering all Ample-Sponge products at 18% off the regular price.

To get the discount on your order, make a note of your coupon code number, and type it in the space allowed during your online checkout, or give the code to our telephone representative who takes your order. (We are always happy to take phone orders or to speak with customers on the phone for any reason!)

Clicking on www.amplestuff.com or any other link in this email will take you to our website, and should automatically apply the coupon to the purchase of any of these items you put in your shopping cart. When you check out, if the discount has not been applied for some reason, please type the coupon code in the space provided. You can also add any of our other products to your shopping cart, and they will be billed at the regular price, but you will save on total shipping and handling costs if you add them to your order now instead of ordering them later.
Discount: Please note that the price that appears on your order will be shown after the discount is taken. The discount is not shown as a separate deduction.
Price Protection: If you already ordered any of these items from us since October 1, please simply call or email us, and we will give you a refund to reflect the discount you would have received if you had waited until you had received this newsletter. (This must be done manually by us, and we will need to hear from you to make it happen!)
Order Delays: Our policy is to ship new orders within 1-3 business days after receiving them. But if your order is delayed more than 10 business days for any reason, and we have not made special arrangements to get your approval in advance, you will have half of your shipping and handling automatically refunded back to your credit card at the time of shipment, along with our apologies, at the same time that we send you the confirmation of shipping and tracking number. For orders delayed more than 30 days, usually the full shipping and handling is refunded.
Air Shipments: If you have paid extra for an expedited service, such as UPS 2-day air, and we don't ship it within one or two business days, we will automatically refund the extra charge that you paid.
