Order Delays (US domestic only): We ship most new orders within 1-3 business days after receiving them. But if your order is delayed more than 10 business days for any reason, and we have not made special arrangements to get your approval in advance, you will have half of your shipping and handling automatically refunded back to your credit card at the time of shipment, along with our apologies, at the same time that we send you the confirmation of shipping and tracking number. For orders delayed more than 30 days, usually 3/4 of the full shipping and handling is refunded.
