Notice to Ample-Sponge Customers
|
Due to a disruption from our sponge material supplier, blue Ample-Sponge refills are backordered for several weeks. If your order contains blue refills, we will treat it as a special order, and we will bill your entire order at the time it is placed, unless you ask us not to. We recommend that you consider ordering at least some of your refills in yellow, so we can ship those immediately. (Note that yellow sponge material is now the same material as the blue—only the color is different.) When we ship blue backorders that were pre-billed, we will include, free of charge, one extra sponge head for every six heads that were delayed.
