Ample Shopper Newsletter for January – February, 2023
January 11, 2023
Dear Amplestuff customer:
Happy New Year!
After surviving severe heat and an office move last year, we added to that, severe cold weather and my coming down with COVID. I am better now, but it all had an impact on our shipping schedules.
Since we normally strive to ship all new orders within 48 hours, those setbacks were a disappointment. At least we are beginning to get caught up now.
However, supply chain shortages continue to plague some of our vendors. Many of them have staff who are now working at home, and it is hard to reach a human being with service and shipping questions.
Here's a tip: When you place an order with us, there is a section to write your comments. If you need your order by a certain deadline (upcoming travel plans, a hospitalization date, etc), feel free to tell us in your comments. It might help us to prioritize your order, or choose the best shipping method, and so forth.
Our product mix currently include (but are not limited to) things like:
Socks
Keep your feet warm with Larger-Sized Socks for Extra-Wide Feet and Ample Ankles
|
Reachers/Grabbers
Reachers (especially top-quality ones like ours) are great to have around!

If the customer requires us to use a specific service, then normal S/H charges apply.
