The other day, I called one of our manufacturers with a question. I reached an agent who admitted, “No, there actually isn’t anyone in the office who can answer that question, only me, but I don’t know how to find out the answer.”

She did not offer to find out and call me back. Yet, sadly, I was happy to have reached an actual human, and not some automated menu or robot!

We continue to hear that customers are astonished when we return their call promptly (most of the time) and can answer tough questions about the actual products.

This month, we are on the verge of being able to again offer a waist bag. We will include ordering info on that in our next mailing of this newsletter, and on our website.

New: we can arrange to give you a courtesy discount if you are a senior, disabled person, homeless, and/or on a fixed income. To arrange for that, please call us so we can ask you a question or two. We promise to not be too intrusive.
