News: Later this month, we will offer a waist bag with unlimited waist sizes, with a unique elastic extender belt.

We will also be reintroducing our popular illuminated self-examination mirror, which hasn't been available for the last three years.

Other News: We can give you a courtesy discount if you are a senior, a disabled person, homeless, and/or on a fixed income. To arrange for that, please call us so we can ask you a question or two. We promise to not be too intrusive.

Customer service: We have 100% US-based customer service. We return customer emails or calls promptly and can answer tough questions about the actual products.

If you call, you will never be put on hold with awful music, or processed through a long menu. And you will never be informed that "our menu options have changed!"

Also: Now that the summer heat has mostly abated, we are busy cleaning up a few backorders, and would like to make the following offer:

FREE SPONGE HEADS: For orders received within the next 10 days (by October 25), for every pair of Ample-Sponge refills, we will add an extra sponge head FREE. (This will not show up on your order confirmation, and you don't have to request it—we will do it automatically when we ship.)

This also applies to the Ample-Sponge starter kits, which normally include 2 or 3 heads—we will add an extra head, FREE.
